Torrey Pines Falcons Pop Warner provides Age-Based 11-Man Tackle Football for youths between the ages of 7 and 14. Participants are placed in the Age Division corresponding to their age as of July 31st. To confirm age eligibility, a valid Birth Certificate copy must be submitted to Torrey Pines Pop Warner.

Competition Divisions: Within some age divisions,  cheerleaders can further compete in different styles based on difficulty and focus. Here's a breakdown of the most common ones:

Show Cheer: This is a highly competitive division with routines that emphasize technical difficulty, choreography, and presentation. There are four levels (Show Cheer 1-4) increasing in difficulty.

Sideline Performance Cheer: This division focuses on routines performed at football games to energize the crowd.

Core Cheer: This is a foundational level that emphasizes basic cheerleading skills like jumps, stunts, and cheers.
